By booking an appointment with Darlin' Drips Co., I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Treatment I understand that IV hydration and wellness services are elective and voluntary. I have the right to decline or stop treatment at any time.
No Guarantee of Results I understand that results may vary and that IV therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Risks and Liability I understand that IV therapy carries inherent risks, including but not limited to discomfort, bruising, swelling, infection, allergic reactions, medication interactions, fainting, fluid overload, blood clots, respiratory distress, cardiac complications, and other unforeseen adverse reactions. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Darlin' Drips Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from liability for any injury, loss, or damages arising from treatment, except where prohibited by law.
Emergency Care Authorization In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Darlin' Drips Co. personnel to obtain appropriate emergency medical assistance on my behalf.
Appointment Deposits & Cancellations Deposits are required to reserve appointments. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled by the client for any reason. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment at Darlin' Drips Co.'s discretion.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our medical and wellness services, all sales are final. Once a service, IV infusion, injection, or other treatment has been administered or initiated, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided. No refund is guaranteed based on dissatisfaction with results, as individual responses to services may vary.
Agreement By booking services, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Darlin' Drips Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment when deemed medically appropriate or necessary for client safety.
